So I'm recalibrating my trident for the first time. The lines are already primed with solution and waste and all since it's been in operation for over a month. Do I need to do anything special to recalibrate? Can I leave the reagent bottles connected?

Additionally, my reagent A still has 33 tests, but B and C are empty. When I select full reagent change from the tasks, can I leave the bottle of A? Or will that lead to the trident thinking it has a full bottle of A and start pulling in air when it's empty instead of notifying me I need to change it.

Thanks for reading!

To re calibrate you need to put the black hose into the calibration fluid enter the values of that fluid and run the calibration task. To change out the reagents just chose which ones and hit the cloud at the top. These are two different tasks preformed separately.
