Bought this guy about 10 days ago and been doing great eating like a champ. Found him upside down at the bottom of the tank today trying to wedge himself in between rocks. He isn't breathing fast. I think it could be a swim bladder problem.

All other fish are doing great. Water parameters are great.

Any ideas would be awesome!

Sorry to see that. It is unlikely to be a swim bladder issue. Typically, when a fish goes down like this after previously doing well, it is termed being moribund, which just means close to death….but why, I can’t say without some background info (see the link below my name here).
What other fish are in the tank?

Have a catalina goby, 2 clowns, a yellow banded possum wrasse, a tanaka's pygmy wrasse, and a bengaii cardinal fish in my system of 2 tanks.

No symptoms with them? No drop in appetite or rapid breathing?

If / when the angel dies, give it a 5 minute FW dip and look for flukes - gives you some idea if you’ll need to treat the other fish.

Here is a video hopefully it helps
Yes, that isn’t a swim bladder issue. What about trying a FW dip on it now? It may prove fatal, but the outcome will be that if you don’t intercede….

Sorry to hear, hope he pulls through. This fish for me is the bane of my existence, I have never been able to keep one alive.

Cardinal fish video.
See how it has a prolapse at its anal opening? That is weird - I thought males were the ones who brood the eggs, but I wonder if this is a female and the prolapse is from releasing the eggs?

I thought so too! I only have 1 cardinal fish I don't have a pair... maybe a female with unfertilized eggs?
