Came home too find that one of my rocks had fallen over my anemone was on it ..( hes been moving around) ..anyway hes decide too commit suicide it appears ...I've found a couple of pieces of what's left but not much ....I've added carbon in a bag in the sump .....but I've heard this could crash a tank ....is there anything else I need too do ....water change .???
Everything looks ok so far ...

Carbon and a water 50% water change. Check water parameters in a couple days. If you have any other livestock, get them out of the tank and into an emergency tank if you have one.
I have 14 fish in a 90g ...I'd have too break the whole tank down too get them all I think

I would do a 25% water change right away. What condition is the nem in? Does it look like it could still recover or is it falling apart? If it's falling apart, I would take it out asap.
I found what looks like pieces of it ..there's not much left ..it didnt make it ....:rolleyes:

Do what you can and hang in there. Filter socks and filter floss if you got it, carbon and water change is about all you can do.

One of my anemones did the same thing a couple months back. I did a 15-20% change the first night and 10-15% for two nights after and I was fine. That said, when in doubt be conservative and change a bit more as long as your match salinity and temp. Try to syphon or manually remove as much death as you can.

Here's a question ....can I mix salts ...I've found some more redsea blue ...but it's not the same ...can I use the red sea to make up ...or should o just mix it separately..?

Of course you can mix as long as you bring the salinity up to the same. Many people including myself mix Red Sea blue and black bucket sometimes. They mix with different parameters but it’s no problem. Especially in your case, mixing is fine.

I've got enough of my main salt too do a 10% wc tonight ...I will do another 10% tomorrow with the red sea .. first batch is almost ready ...another 30mins and I'll do my wc ...then off too bed with fingers crossed that everything is still ok tomorrow ...I really want too pull my skimmer out and clean that as well tonight ...but I'm beat it will have too wait till tomorrow I think ...I've got it wet skimming at the moment ...everything seems ok still for now ..

Don’t overreact. Anemone purée can kill fish, but it probably won’t. Unlikely to affect inverts unless the water is milk cloudy. My avatar went for a ride through one of my vortechs. Lost a green chromis but that was it, well other than the anemone.

Well its 03.30 water change done ,time for bed ..seneye is watching over the tank

Well so far so good .....water is still clear .everything is open no ammonia spike so far ..hopefully a lucky escape for me and the tank ..
