I'm not sure what this means I've read that it could be ready to well poop or because of sudden light change

It could be ready to poop but also maybe trying to protect it's self from the crabs.

What feast also they're anemone crabs shouldn't they all get along?

What size tank?
What lights?
Current water parameters -- with numbers please.
How long has the tank been set up?
How long have you had the anemone?

E. quadricolors will do this from time to time. Sometimes it isn't a big deal, other times it is a very big deal. Without more information it is hard to say which case it is.

It looks fine to me!

+1

Looks ok to me too. 2nd pic shows it balled up nice with foot firmly attached.

The pair of nem crabs is too sweet too (wish i could pair mine!)...plus i would consider it a good sign that they are still with the nem.

Its a fluval edge 6 gallon with the new leds it comes with

started a week ago

and I don't know exactly what the parameters are with numbers but I can take a picture of a test strip for you next to the little card if you want, sorry :(

Your tank has only been running for a week? Is that correct?
If so, that is way too soon for anemone, by about 6 months. The cycle hasn't finished yet.
Do you at least know the salinity/SG?
What about ammonia?

Lastly, that take is way too small for an E. quadricolor let alone any hosting anemone.

This is new I moved the bubble after reading some comments that it could want more light, should I move it back?

Moved it from where? From a fully cycled tank?
What size tank was that, and what lights did it have?

I moved it last night from its corner closer to the led lights

At this point I would be less concerned about the lights, and a lot more concerned about the fact that the tank is only a week old.
Really need to know that parameters, you could be having an ammonia spike, which could kill the anemone.

I moved your thread to the current forum.

Like Trex stated, I would be more concerned about the water parameters. Anemones will thrive under stable water conditions. Keep a close eye on the parameters.

I had a spike in nitrates and nitrites I bought this to help

If its a week old the tank is still cycling if its even started yet. I would bring that anemone back to the lfs before it dies. Also a 6 gallon tank is way too small to keep parameters stable for an anemone.

There are a lot of things wrong. The tank size is WAY too small. The tank hasn't even cycled yet. You need to return this anemone as soon as possible before it dies and kills everything else in your tank. Patience is key in this hobby, and you need to wait around six months before re adding this creature into your tank.
