Help Needed !!!!!!!

Emperor Angel looks better along with my orange shoulder tang have last question hopefully, should I redone after 11 days or 14 days. Its funny my bat fish is usually the first one that gets it, Again I cant thank you enough. The info you given me is priceless!!!!!
Carl

I used to wait 30 days before redosing CP. I would wait at least 14 days, and then, change some of the water first.

Just to give you update lost Mappa puffer, gold flake angel looks so much better and started eating along with my blue line angel.
Question if you don't mine, I set up a 30 gallon tank for new fish as quarantine should I use copper in the tank for the time spent in quarantine or used hypo salinity, or do I need anything but reg .23 saltwater as Quarantine time prior to adding inn display tank. Your opinion is appreciated.
Thank you

Sorry to hear about the puffer, you certainly took a hit here.

I prefer copper, followed by prazi, but hyposalinity is my second choice. 1.023 SG is fine for QT. I often run it a bit lower, (1.020) but then you need to contend with adjusting it back up at the end of the quarantine.

Have a question spoke with Pentair reference a UV for my 90 gallon tank, I got on the subject of my 600 gallon tank that I already have a 150 Watt UV for it. He suggested because I was thinking of getting a larger Wattage UV for tank due to parasite problems , he suggested to add another 150 watt UV making it 2. Would their be any advantage to getting another one for my tank. Thanks for your time.

Good question. You cannot add too much UV to a tank (aside from the cost, or perhaps too much heat addition). You would need to plump them in parallel, not in series.

I'm not a big fan for using UV to control parasites though - it is difficult to kill some life stages of parasites, and then, there is some thought that a few parasites don't need to actually leave the fish in order to reproduce, and then would never be exposed to the UV.

Thanks for the input I have so much wrapped into this now thought it would be a benefit that might help.
