@Darbna Assuming its ammonia burn, your best hope would be to give him a MB bath for 30 minutes double dose: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/methylene-blue.257467/

adding prime would have stopped the ammonia problem? How much would you add or what ratio to bag water?I would be confident in saying that ammonia build up during acclimation is a major contributing factor at this point. If you are going to drip acclimate any fish that has been shipped (and there is no chance of copper being involved) then use prime to help with ammonia during the drip. I'd love to see the videos if you can get them loaded though.

What would the prime do to the copper?Yes, but you need to be sure the bag water doesn't contain any copper (or other meds) before doing it. More & more places are keeping fish in copper water (usually subtherapeutic) to suppress symptoms of disease while the fish is in their care.
Added aerator and pointed powerheads to break surface and waitDid you do anything or wait it out?
Help with what Wilsoni?Looks much better. Nice Wilsoni on the left. Can you help with mine?
doing great thanks. Dudes eating off the algae clip and everything. Thanks for askin. How is he doing? Make it through the night? That video was hard to watch :/
I'm so glad he pulled through! Careful drip acclimating in the future. The added oxygen will be needed for at least a week while his gills heal.Added aerator and pointed powerheads to break surface and wait
