How long were they in the tank before they died?

Ricky,

Fishes don't die that easy. something has to be seriously out of proportion wrong. Here are a few things to look at:
1) salinity, although fishes can take low salinity very easily...they have more difficulty in higher salinity.
2) levels of Ammonia, Nitrites, Nitrates
3) do they eat well? Do they have viral infection, ich?
4) Is onefish harassing them the rest. Fox face?
5) Do you have stray voltage in your aquarium
6) do you have too much flow which stresses the fish out

Yes it's been up for that long n yes loaded with fish :(.they eat well yes n my salinity is fine.befire I added anything I always brought a sample water n the guy at aquarium place oks it first.n the fox face don't seem to b aggressive to any of them that I see.ive done water changes too. I just don't no what it can b. even with their food I try to vary it from mysis to flakes to those oceans pack things

Not a knock on Local fish stores.. You need to be testing your water yourself so that you know where your tank is at, what it needs and if it truly is ready for another fish.

It could be your water params, disease or parasite, something in your water the shop isn't testing for.. Are you using tap water?

A month and a half is not long in the saltwater aquarium world.

We really need more info to help you out.

Tanks been up for 1 1/2 months, loaded with corals and fish?

Agreed! My tank ran empty for a month and a half before adding a few things to my 125. And a few things means maybe 6 frag plugs. Patience is the biggest problem with people getting into the marine husbandry hobby. I wouldn't add anything for another 4 months letting everything balance out, then think small additions. my $.02

N I appreciate all ur help too. No I've been using ro water n stuff. I have two Shrimps from the beginning n they r growing like crazy n the coral too. Now I think I'm moving a lil too speedy so that's my fault.im just trying to figure it out. I do have a Britain star but I doubt it's the reason. The only thing I can assume is that fox face stinging them with poison mayb at night I really don't no

We want to help.

"No I've been using ro water n stuff" What does this mean?

Yup at the beginning it was a lol high then after water change it was good n I checked this morning when I found the goby n it was fine

N I have a light on my living room which I have on at night after the light of the aquarium is off. Could that b a reason?

We're not trying to beat you up here darlin. It's just that experience speaking for a tank that's only 8 weeks young you've got a pretty big bio-load going on. Which is enough to throw parameters out of wack quickly. But as you stated you've had your water tested by your LFS and they're saying its fine. We wish we could know what is meant by their *fine* as in what the actual readings are. Without those there's really not much we can do to help and NOBODY here will guess.

Not at all I'm not seing it as beating me up I'm soaking all the help :).like the lfs says like nitrate n all them other tests were fine everytime I brought him a sample which is ever week.im trying to wrap my hand on it but I just can't figure out the reason too. One thing ill admit is I added too fast maybe. The goby I took him to kinda help settle the sand n stuff.fox face I had for algae I heard n the tang too.once again I'm taking any offense I just appreciate all ur suggestions n help
