can some one help me with this!?

It is very hard for me to catch him still.

But i added a few pictures so you guys can get an idea.

If you look at his fin by his face there are 3 white lines or dots.

He is healthy, eating , but what is it? I want to treat it before it gets worse

With clownfish, Brook is very likely. While the spots appear to possibly resemble velvet, I would lean brook.

There is a pic that shows both clowns in your first set of pics. The 2nd clown, not the one with lines on fin, appears to have Brook to me.

It’s so difficult to ID brook vs velvet vs ich early on. I can’t tell either way, but given that clownfish are involved I’d lean that way, too.

Op. Did you treat these fish with anything prior to addition?

I agree. Of course, you can treat for both ich and brook. One way is to use copper and metroplex together in QT following an acriflavin dip. The second way is to acriflavin dip and follow that with CP if you can get a prescription for it.

I did not treat.

I also have couple shrimps,

A gob with pistol

And anyher pair of gold nugget clown,

So should i treat both of these pairs? In qt and run the DT fowler for few days?

I have a few snails, different types

Few crabs

Pistol shrimp w yellow gobby,

And 4 clowns (2 blacks ones and 2 gold nugget

I would QT all fish and treat with both copper and metro to be safe.

Shrimp and snails can stay in DT. Go fallow for 76 days.

A few coral

Coral will also stay in DT.
If both of those systems share a sump, basically all coral/inverts can stay for the 76 day fallow period.

Fish to be treated in a stand alone QT.
You will want to make sure QT is set up at least 10' away from those tanks.

Then also be careful not to cross contaminate between that system and your QT.

Leave everything in the tank except the fish. The fish are the only ones you want to put into the QT. Leaving the display fallow (or without fish) for 76 days will get rid of any parasites that linger in there.

10’ feet !? I cant do that, j am limited to space,

Do i need to remove gobby too!?

do the best you can with distance. If the tanks are right next to each other with a wall in between, then that's fine (as in different rooms).

And yes, ALL fish must be removed and treated.

What about cleaner shrimp?, pompom crab?, pistil shrimp,

Everything is in my room, and i cant take anything to any other room, so what can i do?

All shrimp and crabs stay in DT. They will not tolerate copper.

Get as far apart as possible. Make sure there isn't a fan or vent blowing near the infected tanks. The 10' is to prevent transmission of parisites between tanks.

I can probably do couple feet. At most

Is there anything i can do to DT too? To make sure if there is any ich there left in DT ie killed tok

Leaving the display fallow (without any fish) for 76 days will take care of any parasites that are left in there.
