Pristine water and feeding the fish good amounts goes a long way in helping them heal themselves naturally.
I would avoid anything with formaldehyde unless absolutely necessary. Wouldnt suggest mixing with copper as i know formalin removes o2 not sure if other chemical preparations do the same.

76 days is grater than the life cycle of the ich... all ich will be dead if they dont have a host....

This pair is barely eating, i am over feeding so they can grab a pellet or two every time i put a pinch.
Other pair is happy, moving, eating ,
What do i need to do!?
Did a water change 3 days ago,
Amonia is between safe and alert on amonia alert, will do a WC tomorrow,
Was trying to go atleast a week without wc,
Full time student so its hard to fo WC every 2 days.

1 week in QT
Black oscelaris: clear coat, happy , eating, everything looks good
Gold nugget: the female is bulling the male, male cant even come out for food, as soon as he comes out of the corner she attacks him.
He is missing chunks of his fins!?
What do i do?
Also how long do i do copper treatment?
I want to treat with smthing else too after copper,
2 , 3 weeks? With copper?

30 days in copper.
You can separate the clowns. That's about the only advice I have. They can be one of the most aggressive fish in aquaria.

update: both pairs are doing good, both pairs are eating,
the male for gold nugget is still sitting in the corner, but he is eating now.
the water gets dirty very fast, i have to do WC every 2 days.

so everywhere i am reading, i see that 15 days is for copper at .50??
i am thinking on the day 15 run activated carbon for 24 hour,
and run no paraICH M, which is a combination of copper and formalin, and run that for 7-10 days,
that way i can do 25 days of copper and 10 days of formalin,
after that, wait few days,
and hit them with prazi pro for 5 days,
and see where i am at
