Got it on April 7th from RAP,How long have you had it? What are your parameters exactly? Anything near it that could be sending out sweepers and stinging it?
Last night it did, right now it’s like in the picture I showed and there’s a low amount of flow in the areaThey like low light and low flow area of your tank.. mine gets angry if it gets to much light. IMO feeding is important with these as well, does it show feeding response? pic of mine looking for food

Agreed! Scolys are pigs and should be fed often! They like low light and low flow area of your tank.. mine gets angry if it gets to much light. IMO feeding is important with these as well, does it show feeding response? pic of mine looking for food

My Mg is at 1650 and my calcium is at 450I would get your salinity down to 1.026 and although probably not the issue maybe lower your Alk a little to around 8 or so.. do you have calcium + Mg numbers?
Found out my filefish was eating at it. I have the dip, what does it do? I moved the filefish to my frag tankLooks like the mouth is totally gone. You could try a lugol's iodine dip.

I removed every single crab from my tank, I just have hermit crabs but I haven’t seen one ever on it.maybe try to feed it gently. Feed it something small like pe calanus, or small coral food.
cover it while feeding so other fish are not disturbing it . Keep those crabs away from him as well.
