Help! Tissue receding on torches and hammers?

I would say that amount of indirect feeding is good but probably spot feed twice a week in addition to give targeted nutrients. Also what light are you using and do you know how much par it is under?
Eco tech Radions about 250 par

I just lost my torch’s and hammers recently and didn’t know why did a icp test and it showed metals in my tank slowly but surely recovering you might want to look on your sump for metals and your power heads etc.
I recently Did an ICP rest and just sent off another. Hopefully it will help

I really want to know how it goes please follow up if that solution works. Great success to you!!!

Hello all, I have a bit of a dilemma. I’m not sure why but the tissue on the skeleton of my torches and hammers is receding. It happens slowly over months, they the flesh falls out, any ideas on what it could be?

parameters:
Salinity: 1.024

What test kit are you using for nitrate? I know euphyllia generally appreciate nitrate. In my tank my nitrates and phosphates were on the lower end and my torches suffered because of this.

This is my dragon soul this morning. Is there any chance of it coming back?

Definitely a chance of it coming back if you can correct whatever is wrong, I've seen far worse come back as long as flesh is on it it has life. Do you have a good friend in the hobby? Maybe you can try their tank to see if it slows down till you can figure out whats going on with yours.

I have learned to never throw out a coral. There is always a chance and have had worse come back. Have also had better not make it though. Definite chance.

sadly there is no one around me that I know who does aquariums

Do a few large water changes. Obviously it's something in the water so get that changed can out. Do 100% over the course of the week.
