Could be too much light. I use black box and use 46 blue and 18 white. Something like that can’t remember the exact numbers. What makes you think something is wrong??

100 white 0 blue and it is under shade already.

I think it is an acan, but nothing like my acan Lords .

If it is an acan then acans like low flow and low light. Maybe someone from #reefsquad can find out more

So hard to tell, kinda looked like a sucked up Lobo to me. I had one do that and cranked up the blue and it took off.

I agree my Lobo came from my lfs cheap because of almost looking like this one I gave him a little more like and he was happy as could be.

Based on what I see on the exposed skeleton, I believe to be an acan. I think you should just leave it were you have it now. Was it a rescue?
If your tanks doing well I wouldn't see why you can't get it to flourish unless its passed the point of "far gone". Looks like a single head just receded a bit. Maybe give it a feeding once or twice a week to see if you can get it to puff up.

It's a rescue. It showed no puff as you can see from the pix compare to my other acans. Just took the pix another 1 header for comparison.
