Expelling some type of waste. Are you missing any fish or inverts? Do you feed the anemone?

I would not worry until the Anemone starts floating around (no longer footed), you see mesenterial filaments, obvious tissue decay or spike in ammonia levels. If the anemone looks stressed as evidenced by a gapping oral disk I would do all the basic water chemistry.

Is that a Long Tentacle Anemone? If so, I have a couple of those and that's what they do when they wanna go somewhere. Do your powerheads have some of type safety covering? Like a sponge? I learned the hard way how important that is!

Yes it's a long and no have small aqueon fans. Should I get some foam and cover them

Yes, cover them -- or turn them off until you do have covers.

What size tank?
What lights? (( what lights was it under? ))
How long have you had the anemone?
What are your current water parameters?

Mainly -- what did you feed it?
It appears to be a waste ball, which will happen when too large of a piece of food was used. Smaller pieces are easier to digest.

I have a 55 it's under t5ho just tested water. Spec.grav .025

Last water change 2 weeks ago. But have been monitoring levels every couple days and all I good. And I feed mysid and brine. Sometime the food has garlic extract for fish. But every other coral looks great my Duncan has a new head growing that's the 4 one in the last month

How many T5s?
What brand/wattage?
Does the fixture have individual reflectors?

How long have you had the anemone?
How long has the tank been set up?

And I've had the nem for like a week now , and it looked like it had a perfect spot it liked then it just up and moved. Cause a slight rock avalanche and has been moving. Concerned for Duncan and mushroom which might be in its path. I had to move my hammer last night and now it's not so open

2actinics and 2 10000k it's one whole unit one reflector. Also has blue night led had nem for a week tank has been up and running for 4 plus years. Been mostly fish. I just started to put corals because I wanted a seasoned tank first
