Help with algae

I do have a wave maker In there..water parameters where all in range 2 days ago..I normally check water ever 2-3 days.pic yes sir

Im seeing what appears more like diatoms and film algae.
IS THIS TANK AT OR NEAR A WINDOW BY CHANCE?
Are you using RODI water or tap water from the faucet ?
Assure phosphates are not elevated also.
Diatoms derive mainly from silica associated with new/newer tanks with sand and dry rock as well as light and inorganics

No tank not at window...never used tap water..have always used rodi water...an other day phosphate where fine but will double check. An yes tanks new like 2 mouth

Relax, you ain't seen nothing yet. More uglies to come. Give tank time to mature. get some snails to help control uglies. Notice I said control not eliminate.

I do have like 3 snails an few hermit crab in there.so more or less just keep getting it an sound like just got to clean glass ever day

3 snails---I have a IM Nuvo 10 that has 2 large turbo snails, 3 astrea snails, 2 margarita snails and 2 trochus snails and no algae---get more snails. Even BETTER get a small sea urchin.

Will differently grab some snail..guess get a mix of them?
