I certainty don't see anything in your ICP analysis that would account for what you described...Something else is going on...some type of water contamination...some coral disease...Can you identify any changes made a month ago or just before?...added coral...changed salt mix...changed additive supplier....stuff like that...That is where I would start looking IMO

Nothing different at all short of my reply just above. Had a somewhat large kH swing IMO and immediately noticed issues

Should, but not always. Some don’t use GFI.

There's no stay current in tank. All fish and other LPS is fine

Not a slow process, the torches receded rapidly. I had a kH swing of about 0.7 before I realized my doser went offline. Ever since that rapid swing, I noticed major issues with the corals. Wondering if it just stressed the acros out as well

That swing might affect acros but not euphyllia. It's not that big of a swing and I have gone well past that with no negative issues.
