We sell over 600 lights a months with thousands of satisfied customers. Over 24,000 lights in the last 3 years. Do we ever drop the ball? Yup, we are human. But we always try to pick it back up and make things right.
One complaint is too many, however with over 24,000 lights sold if poor service was a consistent issue we would have been out of business long ago.

There are literally hundreds of posts here and on Facebook praising how we go above and beyond for customers. We've replaced lights that were dropped in the tank, lights out of warranty etc... That's the reason our band has grown so fast. Some growing pains? Sure.
Trying to contact us through social media is not always the best route. I have 8 employees and they can not see my personal PMs. Of which I get over 100 a day and even more tags. However they can answer the phone and check email.
Calling the shop is always the best way to get us. Or direct email. So anyone who has unresolved issues, feel free to call the shop tomorrow or Monday and I'll be glad to help. At the hospital today so out of pocket until tomorrow.
