But how would I check if my test kits are off? I tested alk using the alk in the red sea kit then verified using the marine care test kit from red sea that has ph ammonia ect...it has a alk test not as specific but still showed the same

I will do what needs to be done but at the same time it shouldn't happen at all....idk what caused it or what but if the salt is so off from the icp sheet online for the batch I can only assume it's a bad batch of salt which would make this the 3rd box that has been bad....

I have mixed the bag up before and tested right after.... its af reef salt.
All tests mixed up or not were way off for mag

Look bro [emoji4] if this salt is as bad as your saying and that your positive that your tests are right and you've crossed referenced them. Why oh why would you continue doing water changes with them?
I'm truly attempting to help you correct your parameters. If your not positive your tests are correct then what are we all doing here? [emoji41]

Going to agree with everyone else. I personally would dose sodium bicarbonate. Use the alkalinity calculator on BRS to figure out how much you need to raise the alk by 1dkh. Mix that volume of sodium bicarbonate into RODI water (about 8oz depending on how big your tank is) then dose that throughout the day.
Do this daily until you get to an alk reading you are comfortable with. You should test alk everyday until you start to notice the stability you are looking for.
Definitely prioritize alk, calcium, and magnesium over your nutrient concerns.
