Woke up to my Swissguard Basslet with what appears to be a white bump. What needs to be done to help him?

That's what I was thinking too. My Randall's Prawn goby is a jerk and jaws at all the fish when he gets into his mood. The swissguard probably tried to slip away and bumped the rock.Looks to me like it's just cut like from rock or a fight.
I agree, most likely an injury. How long have you had him? Keep an eye on it for infection. Maybe soak it's food in vita-chem to boost its immune system. If it starts to deteriorate/spread antibiotics might be in order.
+1 to all above... it looks like it could be a mild case of lymph as well
He a has long white stringy poop now. What do I need to get.
I have 5 other fish. Is it going to bother them and how much should I use. Say if I did a cube of mysis or brine?Metroplex/focus mixed with food will take care of it. You can feed it to him in the DT, just small amounts at a time so most of it is consumed.
Oi.. Thank you. Now I need to hunt this stuff down. And yes my heart just sank when you said they all could have it.It's one scoop of each per tablespoon of food. Feed what they will eat, at least twice daily, for 10 days. It won't bother the other fish. Chances are if one has them, they all could.
He is not eating at all though.
