Help!

Between the move and stirring everything up, probably made a mess of the water chemistry in the tank, I'd be worried about an amonia spike, the skimmer may take some time to settle back in... it wouldn't hurt to do a few water changes over the next few days, run some carbon. Hope your fish are doing better.

Not having a bottle in front of me, I’m pretty sure most Dr Tim’s products have you turn the skimmer off unless the water gets cloudy or a need for oxygen?

Using that much old water sounds like a few WC are in order and might want to think about some bacteria (other than eco balance). Microbacter XLM has you using it in your situation with major cleaning or rock/aquascaping is preformed, one and only is also good and same with bio-Spira. Last two can’t be overdosed but follow directions closely to Microbacter because is very potent

eggs on the rocks?
Looks like Zoa's to me. The skimmer has a lot of work to do. Try closing the input side until you get the foam in the neck, but with things stirred up its going to fluctuate all day for the next few.

I would definitely get some water changes going. If you used the old sand without rinsing it, could be an ammonia issue, so as said, get more bacteria to combat this. Leathers are very hardy and should come back. They can be real babies with changes.

No, I didn’t used any old sand. Bought new Fiji pink live sand. :)

Yea, I turned the skimmer of last night for 6 hours.

Are these corals normal? Looks dead. Good news all fish are out swimming now. Some corals are doing pretty good. Should I start feed the fish and corals? How much water change should I do daily?

Leathers will take time to adjust. They will shed like mad and will need good flow and some carbon. Water changes and blow with turkey baster will help these guys too. Mine got mad for three months before it showed its tentacles. I was really messing with the tank. No black or pure white on them anywhere, should be fine. Look to have some tentacles showing, so good sign already.
