I go out to eat at 6:00 and come back at 10 and my tank is cloudy, my clown goby is dead Andy green reef chromic is struggling, my ammonia is at 0 and and ph is at 8.3 don't have test kits for anything elseWhat happened

If it’s just fish, you can lower the salinity to 1.020 with fresh water.
You can go down fast (at one time) but no more than .001 per day on the upswing.

Did you check the temperature? Possible a heater went out and caused the bloom

I'm sorry for all your recent losses. I hope you are able to learn from the experience and when you start over, you do so with more patience and planning. No one with a 3 week old system should have added what you did (much less ordered more coral); especially if you don't even have the necessary supplies to maintain it.

what do I do???
You buy test kits. You make sure you have salt (it's a 10 gallon tank for crying out loud!). You don't buy more coral when what you have is already dying.

Since you don't know your parameters and can't do a water change, there's really not much anyone here can do to help...

I would pull out 25% of the water and slowly add in fresh Preferably RODI water. Lowering the salinity wont hurt. Add an airstone if you have one

I'm going to presume you just made a bunch of mistakes because you haven't done your research before starting out, between this and the gsp post it sounds like something toxic is in your tank or your parameters are way out of wack. Could be any number of things but most likely:

Is ammonia zero w/repeated testing? No > Reason everything Died
- If yes then:
Is temperature stable? No > Reason everything Died
- If yes then:
Are you using Tap water? Yes > Reason everything Died
- If no, using RODI then:
Are you sure salinity is accurate & using properly calibrated Refractometer/Hydrometer?

This should be a total flow chart. Seriously, lol.

Buy cheap fish for the first year and take your time and let your tank cycle
This is so unnecessary now. Absolutely no reason to torture a fish when you can add bacteria and either ghost feed or add ammonia. The only reason the fish is there is for its poop.
