I think I might follow your advice and go with 1.25. I'll keep you posted. I seriously appreciate your help with this. This one had me nervous. I've used flucanazol for bryopsis and GHA but this one freaked me out a bit.

Those of you have had success with killing vermetid snails, did you use the dog wormer, or pure? What dosage? Anyone have success against them in tanks where other snails seemed fine? I'm looking to treat just for vermetids, I don't have a hydroid problem.

Hi guys it is the end of the day and my brain is fried. I am just trying to come up with a concentrate formula for dips, please check my math.

Target 2mg/Gallon = .52mg/Litre = 0.26mg/ 500ml (Typical Dip volume is 500ml)
Take 22.2% Fenbendaz in Panacur = 0.26mg / .222 = 1.17mg / 500ml (Panacur or equivalent only, use 0.26mg if using pure Fenbendaz)
Objective use a 10ml of Concentrate into 500ml dip.
1.17 mg * 500 ml(Dip) = 585 mg / ml (one ml of 585mg/ml would dilute to 1.17mg / 500ml)
(585 mg / ml) / 10ml = 58.5 mg / 10ml (10ml of 58.5 mg/10ml would dilute to 1.17 mg / 500ml)

Make storage solution
58.5 mg / 10 ml * 500 ml (Storage solution volume) = 2925 mg

2925 mg added to 500ml RO/DI will make a 58.5 mg / 10 ml (Dose Volume) that is to be added to 500 ml (Dipping Volume) to achieve 0.26mg/500ml

Well I dipped with the above solution. Im not so sure they are hydroids anymore, as they are pretty green, probably should buy a scope.
Anyways I dipped 2 frags, the one in the pictures was also dipped in some H2O2 until little bubbles formed. Here goes nothing.

I buy fish fenbendazole and A whole envelope I added in water and use half, which is supposed to be the amount I would need.Use the recommended dose of 1.5 grm per gallon, my problem are hidroid colonial, and it has not worked. The hydroids were affected a few hours and when I put carbon at 30 hours, they revived again.I weighed the content of a 250 MG surface of fish bendenzadole and did not correspond to 250 mg, was quite less, the truth is that I do not understand.And in the ingredients it has dextrose and maltodextrin, being the laboratory Tomas labs, any explanation please?, sorry for my english.

I'm not 100% convinced the FEN treatment is permanent. Maybe one needs to treat at least twice or more.
Plus I think the treatment must circulate across the rock effectively to get them all.

I started up a brand new FRAG tank and wanted to add a Live Rock from DT (which has Colonial Hydroids)
I posted my treatment pictures in post above.

To be extra safe I did the rock treatment in a bucket TRIPLE DOSE since just an empty bucket.
2 months later, I notice the rock has possible Hydroids. Can't say 100% for sure, but I see activity in the Few Hyrdoid Cylnders that are left over.
I am watching very closely to see if a Fuzzy Hydroid Tips appear. It's possible that some other kind of creature (Feather duster, etc) has entered the Hydroid Cylinder to live in there.

I haven't used this just yet ... but I'm a nerd and I read through this entire post - it seems that those need to come out prior to treatment and no be reintroduced for 2-4 weeks.
