No, but I’ll tell you what I’ve done different this time round. There is a very well respected fish shop in Harlow in Essex called Advanced Aquarium Consultancy OR ( AAC ). I buy ALL of my fish / inverts / ( corals when I start adding them ) there. I haven’t quarantined anything as they do that to a certain extent. And touch wood, everything is great and thriving .I think buying from multiple shops Willy Nilly, is like sucking on a time bomb ! ! Just my thoughts !
It contains 4 drains, 3 x 32mm and one at 50mm. I was going to use the 50mm as a closed loop - but thinking about it I recon that the sheer flow and drain of water from tbe weir box down a 50mm pipe may create so much noise that me and my family will all have to wear ear muffs as a precaution.
Love that guy for this idea, what pump you use for it?Made a refugium based on Coral Euphorias instructions. I made it as Abe would say “Ghetto” as it’s an old Redsea salt tub sticking out the top of my sump lol. Just waiting for the kessil to turn up and find a Clean source of Chaeto ( pronounced cheeeeto ) not Kato . Would love your thoughts on it @coraleuphoria
