Has anyone checked out the Herifi WiFi Bars on Alibaba? You can get four bars that are all run off of the same big driver and they are controlled independently through and app.

They claim 576 watts for four 5 ft bars and you can basically pic your spectrum. I pulled the trigger and ordered two bars that are 450/470 and two that are a mix between 420-480. Total cost with shipping will be about $565 or $140 per bar. I won’t get them for a month.

I’m hoping this will be a great supplement for my two Orpheck V4s. If I really like them, I’ll order another set of four with different spectrum and get rid of the Orphecks altogether.

I should mention, the app allows for individual sunrise sunset schedules for each bar, etc. maybe I’m missing something, but this could be a game changer for lighting with bars. Also, you can choose your lenses…..and customer service was quite helpful.

I bought 2 of these. Went with alternating 420nm and 470nm LEDs to supplement an XR15 G5 Blue. They should be here before the weekend.

These are just the on/off or are they controllable? I know @telegraham is a fan of these, no?

They are just on off.

The herifi WiFi bars look very interesting, I wonder how good the spread and intensity would be.
I’m wondering the same. I got 90 degree lenses because my tank is 30 inches deep. Hopefully they work out. But as a supplement, I’m sure they will do the trick.

Yep...on/off and the populargrows are fantastic for the money. Regarding dimming, haven't yet found a good reason to do so. Raising/lowering works just fine.

I run the popular grow bars love them I might looking into those Wi-Fi ones

I’m interested in trying these dimmable/programmable bars because I have a canopy and so I can shift the overall spectrum by dimming or ramping up specific bulbs through the day/night. For me, it’s a balance between providing what my coral likes and what is pleasing to my eyes.

Sorry to bump an old thread but Im closing in on ordering these bars and wanted to ask how they have worked for you?
Like sawdonkey I have a canopy, mine only allows for 3 inch mounting height. That is why dimmable bars with 120 optics make sense to me. Not a lot of options out there for such a tight fit.

Has anyone had any experience with mounting the herifi bars so close to the water?
And @sawdonkey how have the bars worked out for you?

These have worked great for me. I actually have two sets. One 48 inches and one 60 inches. The drivers do get pretty hot when they are close to 100%. I keep a fan on mine.

Ok thanks for the reply :)
Yours mounted high?

Happy new year!!
On my old tank before I moved, I knew I was moving a I had the basically sitting on top of the tank, just a few inches above the water. They really made the frags on my frag rack color up because the didn’t get much light before. They seemed fine close to the surface.

Awrsome. Thanks alot my dude. Just saw your new build thread, looks good!

Where do you order these now? I can't find on AliExpress anymore. I have the on/off ones on my frag and love them, wanted to get some controllable for my display.

They were never on aliexpress, but in alibaba….but I don’t see them listed anymore, which is odd. The lady I worked with to buy mine was super helpful and communicative during the process. I just shot her a message to see if they are still selling these. I hope so, cuz I love mine. One driver and you can set up individual programming for each bar through wifi. And they will basically let your pic whatever spectrum you want if you don’t want one of their standard colors.

By the way, she told me that the bars are built in the same factory as Orphek bars.

Sorry I meant Alibaba. Bonnie is cool. I messaged her too but no response.

Bonnie recently sent me updated contact info and said the company is now called FOOVV Limited. They only list two products, grow lights and single reef light bars. I do not see the sets of four bars with the single smart driver. I messaged her but have not heard back. I would not be surprised if “Bonnie” is multiple people.
