I would not suggest any LED fixture to any person without years of experience.

Do you have tests for alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, salinity?

I also just bought that same led light fixture for my 29 gallon soon to be reef tank. Well I guess I have to buy another aquatic life dual t-5 ho fixture to add to one I already have. Would 4 t5's ho be enough for a 29 gallon tank? If so what kind of bulbss would be best for lps and softies.

Welcome to Reef2Reef, Tx Medic. You should introduce yourself in the Meet and Greet forum. Yes, 4 T5's would be plenty of light on a 29 for pretty much anything. I use ATI bulbs in mine. You could probably do fine with 2 bulbs for softies and LPS in the middle or up higher.
