There are many premade sumps or you can make your own. The main thing ; you will need some sort of overflow box so you can get water from the tank to the sump and then a pump to pump it back to the tank. Some types of overflows are more noisy then other types.

Nutrients and the source of them need to be found to help with control as well. What is your source water for top offs and water changes? As well, I see a lot of red light there and that spectrum will accelerate the growth of algae. What are you using to light the aquarium? Thanks for the photos and keep up the good work.

The red light is gone now. I use well water. Ive got 2 t5 lights. And one blue light
