Dead Center, looks like a snail shell encrusted in the rock, if it is moving I am pretty sure then it would be a snail. What type of live rock is it?

Tampabay saltwater rock.. The look like eggs hanging there.. They are clearness with little pink creatures in them.. I have about 20 or more on 2 different rocks
