I think that KJ has the right of it - the yellow guys are tunicates (aka: sea squirts), which - believe it or not - are actually chordates. The pink bells are very likely snail eggs, but I'm not certain what kind of snail. There are a few whelks up here (CT) which lay vaguely similar eggs, but I wouldn't guarantee that that's what these ones are.

I am inclined to think tunicates as well, it a very large group with a wide array of coloration and growth patterns. Not my images, but you get the idea. Just to rule out egg please list fish and inverts. :-)

The fish are 3 clowns. 1 basset.. 1 Engineer 1 damsel a blenny..
