i don’t have enough water to do a 50% but i could postpone my fish getting to monday
Let's back up... How exactly did you cycle the tank? Adding fish two weeks in is rushing. Please read the thread I shared as well as the other sticky threads in this forum and slow down. Nothing good happens fast in this hobby.
 
You need a LOT more rock than that. Like 10x that amount. Good rule of thumb is a minimum of 0.5lb per gallon with 1lb per gallon being ideal.
Agreed, especially without a sump that houses a lot of biomedia
 
With nitrates that high your tank is not cycled; why jepordize new fish when you can wait until your water parameters are under control?

While I 100% agree that the tank is not ready for fish, what makes you equate high nitrates with an uncycled tank?
