Just came home after school and my tang is hiding inside the rock as usual. I try to poke him out but seem like he sleeping pretty well. I don’t want to stress him, so I will try to take picture asap. As I notice from yesterday, it look like HLLE to me, so in this case I just need to feed him more nutrient food right??

You can do that, but there is no cure for HLLE. You can stop it and some of the color may return but after the epidermis is lost it really doesn't completely come back.

Wow that sad to hear it, but I saw some thread said feed them rrich nutrient food and nori more frequently will gain some blue for them right?

They can gain a little at the margins of the "rash". But all that skin doesn't grow back. I wish it did.

Is is ich guys???

Nope it há a lot of white spot on hos skin
Unless they aren't showing up the same in the photo as they do in person, I don't believe it is ich. They don't look like little white streamers to me. They look like large white splotches. You have the advantage of seeing it in person, so you have a much better chance of identifying it. This is what Ich looks like on a Hippo tang.

You should treat all your fish with it in a tank with no coral or inverts. No need to do a FW dip.
If your tank has Ich in it, it will be effecting all of your fish. You could potentially clear it off of your tang, but it would just get re-infected when you put him back in your tank. The only way to clear ich out of a reef tank is to remove all of the fish until it starves out. To be confident this has occurred, you should keep the tank fish free for 76 days.

I highly recommend reading this article about the life cycle of Cryptocaryon Irritans (Marine Ich) so you understand what you are up against.
https://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/fa164

It explains how the parasite forms a cyst in the substrate of your tank and then hatches up to 72 days later.

You will need to monitor for ammonia. If you don't have ammonia build up you won't need to do a water change. Remember, in order for this to be effective, you must get every fish out of your tank. They will act as a host to keep the ich parasites alive and reproducing if you only pull the tang.

Did you catch the part where @Brew12 said you need to treat all fish? This is very important.

You won't want to do a WC without adding the meds to the new water. So long as you add the meds to the new water at the proper dosage you can do as many WCs as you desire.

Ok I got it, I checked all those and understand the cycle of ich. I just want to make sure i’m on the right track so save my tang

For QT, what should I put into my HOB filter beside of spone has been seeded?

The only thing I use in the HOB is sponge for housing biofilter and a small amount of filter floss just to help keep the water clear/clean. You do have to be selective with filter floss as some will absorb copper. It's usually miniscule IME though.

I’m not using cooper, I’m using ick shield powder which same as phosphates chloride treatment

I understand I was speaking "in general".
