Holy Mess.... Mindstream

Shortly after that post they sent me an email stating it would ship when ready, and they didn’t know when that was. I asked again three weeks ago and they said third week of October. I expect it won’t be in October either.

I thought you ordered using the MACNA code on sept 1 or 2nd when I did?? I was told 6-8 weeks from then, which would be the end of October.
 
Oof, but I really appreciate you being honest about the experience!

When did the first ones go out? I'm curious if they've been out long enough where subscription discs will have shipped, and if so, if the delivery process is better there.
The problem is not knowing when and how many have gone out. The way they are acting it seems like they are having trouble with the disks, so they aren’t shipping monitors because they can’t make enough disks to supply the subscriptions, and would have a giant mess of trying to refund missed time, etc. That’s pure conjecture based on what I’ve read.

I ordered July 3rd. I ordered another during MACNA for a second system. My order from July 3rd is not likely to ship anytime soon per their estimates.

I emailed them last week and they told me on track for 6-8 weeks from sept 1. I am going to email them again and probably cancel my order if they don't have a good reply.

Seems like as of last week they were planning on shipping all orders from the first two months the third week of October. So I guess it’s possible?

I tried calling yesterday an today with no response. im also thinking of cancelling my order. its just not sitting right selling them for 300 off while i still havnt received mine.

I will give them 10 weeks then cancel. Email received today is as follows...

Are you also having problems with the DISCS? What dates of purchase are you just now sending out? There is considerable chatter on reef2reef and other very big forums on product that was purchased the beginning of JULY that still haven’t been shipped out.

I ordered about 8 weeks ago.

Going to watch this one closely. I don't have patience beyond 10 weeks and a 10 percent discount for much longer is not going to cut it. I am curious if they address if they are having problems with disc production.

" I can assure you the only obstacle we are working to overcome is being able to continually meet demand and decreasing the shipping lead times. All product is in a finished product status.

I am due to have my first replacement disc to be sent Tuesday. I have been assured that it will be sent on time so I will let you know what happens.
 
So how do you like it so far?
So far so good. Pretty much as advertised. Biggest surprise is the amount of fluctuation that takes place in a 24 hour period thus the advantage to tests every 15 minutes so that you get an average and aren't over-reacting to one isolated manual test. Have done several manual tests for verification using Hanna and Red Sea. Mindstream readings are similar to those results.

When did you activate yours? I'm curious as to when my first disc will ship.
 
It would be interesting to see your daily carbonate variances, "long term" so to speak. I can see the dKH waves with hourly testing but I only ran it for a day just to be curious, on another product.
 
Just got mine, and liking it so far, but have only had it setup for less than 24Hrs so far. Ryan was super responsive the couple times I had questions.
