hello everyone,
I made a KH tester machine at home.Control with Raspberry Pi.
For the benefit of aquarists around the world, I decided to open source it.
I upload all details to the github.com, here it is : https://github.com/axlzys/KH-Tester

The case made by 3D Print,
The print time of main body and front cover are more than 10 hours, you may need a encloses naturally 3D printer.

About test accuracy:The test accuracy is 0.1dkh,and with 2 month tested,it has 0.1-0.3 difference from Hanna.

If you have any questions. Please tell me.

Here is some pics of this DIY

Hi Great Project,

do you have a parts list and diagram?
yes. you can see it in github website.the file named BOM is parts list.
but i am in chinese, some of parts like motor driver, pump, PH probe i used. i can buy easy in Taobao. I don't know if it is difficult to buy these prats in other countries. i try my best find them in ebay.com or aliexpress.com.

especially the motor hat, maybe you can use the ADafruit motor hat,if you can change the code(about Raspi GPIO number)

Which pumps do you use ?
Could you please post the print orientation for the box and it's supports ?

in the file BOM.xlsx there are two sheets one is in english,
for the 3d print setting i write it in pdf file.
you need use supports and the flow of supports you can set 70%

Thanks, I saw this when you first posted it.

I'm just still waiting for some parts

@axlzys if you split the body in 2 parts to screw together, you can print both lay on the bottom and without supports.
just split in two and make the screw holders a single piece from the top, to the bottom.

just to give you an idea. thinkercad isn't able to import this stl properly so I can't modify it.
