Nothing beats the classics! LA Lakers, scramble eggs, fruit loops, mandarins, rastas. Forget the fancy new zoas that don't mat nicely.

Your collection goes to prove you dont have to spend a lot to have a beautiful zoa garden! My faves are mostly cheapies like sunny d, utter chaos, pink diamonds, awesome blossom, beauty and the beast and pink hippos! Can you tell that I am a female? LOL Loves me some pink zoas! I also have a lot of high end and looking for more but only to help support this crazy expense hobby but truthfully I like my cheapies the best!

The high price tag zoas do look nice.... in pictures. In all honesty, you can't really see the details unless you view them up close. IMO it's better to get something that has bright colors that pop and also looks good from far away.

That is true of most coral frags. Some only look "cool" as frags and are kind of plain once they grow out.
