How about these lights?

Even better I started with current orbits and they held me down until I found a deal on some Maxspect then got the sps bug and jumped on some Radions patient is key not just to grow corals but to find deals I read that spring is a good time and I’m starting to believe it that’s when I get deals on GL people getting out the hobby lol

Got exactly one light setup before my daughter woke up. The model is Sbox Extreme 16". Set them up as high as they go on the mount so far. These things are going to be perfect because I'll still be able to use my mesh lid.

Oh yea those look sweet!

Reef crest is good. I had that for awhile. Now I do short pulse 60%, on your tank I’d do 40%. Short pulse is the blue ring. Also I just let them go, I don’t do slower speeds at night or during feeding or anything like that. Unless I’m target feeding corals.

Thanks. Not sure if you read my first post or not but I was looking at the current orbit lights myself. Glad everyone steered me away as now my options are wide open. I paid $380 for both lights shipped. They came with mounting options, so I can always hang them from the ceiling for more flexibility. I can control both lights at the same time using my phone both manually and on a schedule to ramp up and ramp down etc. I think I got a pretty good bang for my buck. Once we get our own house I will likely start on a large tank build. This is the "test" to see if I would be able able to handle it. So far so good.

Progress so far... Not sure I like it. Might make something else tonight? IDK

Hmm... Initially I'm not crazy about it. Seems too symetrical. Reminds me of a wedding arch or door frame.

Please know that I am not 100% happy with my scape yet and it will likely always be a work in progress. Hope I don't offend you as I am just spitballing here and trying to be helpful.

I think it maybe would look interesting as two different structures/islands. This may also help keep fast spreading coral from taking over later on down the line.

Maybe something like this?

I'm also worried about coral placement with the 3 islands but is cool looking.
I would do that but put a rock or two down flat by one of the bases. For lower light corals. Just a sugestions from someone who has no space lol

Not sure how easy this will be but how about connecting the islands with a large rock. You can have one at a higher level and one a little lower so that corals could be at either the tips of the rocks, the platform lower, the lowest platform, or the sandbed. Sounds good in theory? Regardless I like the 3 islands. I am now less happy with my pile of rocks! Haha I have aquacape envy haha.

I actually thought of that exact idea just thinking of how to get the "bridges" built.? Maybe small rubble rock and the mortar mix together?

Maybe, I'm not very handy so I would check with others. One cool idea would be to use acrylic bridges. Kind of like a frag rack. Not sure if it would look too unnatural but I think it would be cool none the less. Probably not the easiest option but just throwing ideas out there.

Yea I thought of that, using flat piece of acrylic to bridge the gap use the mortar and small rubble rock on the top of it to make it look like rock structure similar to THIS

Yeah that definetly would be neat. This would be over my head as far as what I'd feel comfortable attempting personally. I think you should do it though, if you have the means and the time/patience I think it would turn out really nice and unique.
