If you only look at this on a phone, and not a PC, you may have to go to the desktop theme in order to see the lightbulb icon. I know on my Android, that's what I had to do...

If you turn your phone horizontal instead of vertical you can access on your phone as well.

As for dark mode on a phone just touch the 3 menu bars at top left, scroll down to change mode, easy.
