The alge looking stuff, I just did a water change last Thursday and just a little bit ago. (the reason for the cloudy water)

Salinity- 1.026
I Haven't tested Ph, Cal, Alk, Nit
My lighting is They turn on at 2:30 and turn off at 6:30
No refugium it's an Innovative Marine 20 gal but I have researched that I can get one, I might do that soon

CUC stands for Clean Up Crew - it consists of beneficial critters added to your tank for the specific reason of cleaning up fish waste and algae. Most clean up crews consists of various species of snails, sometimes Conchs and hermit crabs. The specific makeup of your crew depends a lot on your tank makeup and what other critters you plan on keeping.

Oh LOL yea I have about 10 hermit crabs 14 snails and 1 Coral Banded Shrimp

Blue leg hermits
Some red leg hermits
I'm planning on getting more snails and hermits bc lots of mine had died

Lighting is the issue. You need ful spectrum with blue. I would also assume you have minimal water movement and will need to increase water flow and use carbon source such as chemi Pure Blue.
Feed sparingly and other than return pump- what other filtration are you providing?

I do run Chemi Pure already
So get a another powerhead?
Sparingly?
I have an Innovative marine Ghost protein skimmer and a Uv Sterilizer

And I don't know if this sounds stupid but what do you mean by full spectrum blue?

It’s time for a rip clean. Take out your rocks and scrub them in a bucket of tank water with a stiff brush best you can. Clean the sand while rocks are out. Some rocks may need a weekly scrub for a couple weeks. I also agree with more flow may help. Are you using RO/DI water? More blue spectrum lighting will help also.
