I suggest you get yourself some macro algaes and you let them grow somewhere.

Test your parameters first. Nitrate and phosphate. If nitrate is high, I recommend building and algae reactor. With high phosphates get a gfo reactor. This is essential to get rid of the root of the algae problem. To get rid of the algae itself, I recommend a tuxedo urchin, a good, stiff brush, and snails. I personally dislike crabs because they tend to starve and resort to eating coral. Lawnmower B’s tend to help a little bit too.

Dragon breath is a slow growing algae , I heard chaeto can release toxins if you let them grow quite big.. best is to make them a hair cut haha.
If you have access to it it's not a bad plan but my guess is you need slow water for that and a reef needs high water currents.
I would get some caulerpa and make sure to keep them seperated from your main rockwork.

And I don't know if this sounds stupid but what do you mean by full spectrum blue?
Im a newer reefer

High in blue such as 460nm and feed sparingly meaning a very small portion without overfeeding.
UV should have helped with control of algae. Is skimmer pulling gunk from tank? Another powerhead - yes

Vodka dosing can also be a bad thing. Tanks tend to get addicted to no nutrients and then crash once dosing stops. Best thing to do is keep it natural with macro algae nutrient export.

There are specific ways to apply the vodka dosing. I could crash myself with vodka too hahaha.
