how do i lower powerhead flow? i want to lower it slightly

Flip it upsidedown and point towards the surface and into a corner direction.

can you tell me how that would lower flow? i dont see how it could lower it.

The deflection of the water on the surface and off the glass would lower the flow of water displaced by the surface agitation and bouncing off the glass.

is already slightly aimed at the surface, and at the glass. water does break the surface.

That's about all you can do, otherwise you need a jebo or ecotech MP type of pump with a controller.
