How long before adding a carpet anemone or bubble tip anemone?

Emergency tag was removed.

IMO, a carpet (which is not actually a species but several species with different needs) should be tried only once you have plenty of experience running a reef tank. Getting one healthy and thriving is harder, IMO, than most corals.

Bubble tips are much easier and can be added any time after fish are fully established, IMO. I think the time many are referring to might relate more to reefer skill learning than actual tank changes. No water parameters different than generic reef tank parameters.
