How long can coral live?

I know the BBB is a scam anyway- charging companies to wipe their slate clean and become "accredited" ....BUT -

im sure there are LOTS more that are unheard of atm but heres a few that took the time to complain.

reefs2go are terrible i ordered a small CuC from them all the snails were DoA half the crabs DoA and it took them FOREVER to refund me my money for them

I have had similar experiences with Reefs2go. If you still want to order from them (great prices), I would advise ordering in good weather. I placed a few orders this fall/winter and nearly everything died, but they continued to send re-shipments.

I managed to save most of the order. And they only sent half. I complained that I got half and asked when will the rest come in and they ask for a copy of the shipment slip. I guess they don't keep any kind of records.
So far I lost 2
The water temp was 40.
I'll see if they will re ship the lost coral. Most likely not since they make you jump through hoops. It took 8 weeks to get this far.
I'm starting to think
A: They are laundering money
B: In order to get money from banks you need money in the bank so they collect as much as they can. They hold off on customers orders. They show the banks they have money so they can borrow big.
C: They are a bunch of kids working out of a garage. They go to LFS get the coral cut them up and resell them.

I don't plan to buy from them anymore.
I have an Elos two towns over which sell some awesome coral at good prices.
I bought a skittles acan with two heads. 6 weeks later it's got 5 heads.
There are two more LFS one great for fish and some coral the other just fish and saltwater.
Petco for food it's $5 pack of mysis.
