How long should I wait before getting money back

I paid through paypal funds as goods with invoice. I'm not going to give the persons name until tomorrow. I've alway stayed local with my hobby ( meaning the East Coast) and people I've known for a long time. I'm really just beyond ****** at this point. Here's where it gets better. I was looking for an MP40, well two good deals came my way and I kind of committed to both by accident, but I gave my word. So I paid for both from two different people. Since I didn't need them both, I passed the first one off to a fellow reefer, whom I never met, but is trying to get started. Didn't mark it up, nothing, just turned around and shipped it back out for the exact amount I had in it. Now, I m out a lot of money ( to me) and no MP40. Or the money to buy one.

I filed. It stated they need to get into contact with him. And by what I read it can be held open until 5/7/12 which is BS. I could see a couple days. I really need the MP40 at this point. I do t know it's crazy. 1% of the people dictate the other 99%. It really sucks. Maybe it'll have a happy ending and I'll get the MP40.

I'm going to go ahead and post the persons name. But, just in hopes someone knows him or knows how to get in touch with him to get this resolved. Not to get ugly until all the facts are in, although extremely unhappy so far.

As I told you on pm, he's a scammer. He did it to me too last week. That's why he has negative feedback. That little gadget is the best invention since sliced bread! Tells you right out who you can trust and who you can't! It's ok though, you know what they say about karma...

I've already filed with PayPal. I'm going to call them shortly, know that I see it's not just me and us a scam
Being run. He is breaking federal cyber laws. And I just happen to have the right friends through family to see this out. I hope he is banned from this site to keep from getting anyone else, and I'm going to take this further than just getting my money back. Thank you for speaking up.
