It really depends on how infested it is and how quickly you want the infestation gone.
In my heavily infested 55g, I started off with 6 small ones. Six weeks later, they had made some progress, but there was still quite a bit of aiptasia. Added six more, and the aiptasia was gone within the next 6 weeks, and there were about 20+ berghia in the tank.
You'll likely never achieve 100% eradication with berghia, but they're far more reliable than any other aiptasia control method I've ever tried.
