How many wrasses can go into a 30 gallon?

Hi all,
My friend followed my footsteps and got an IM 30 Long AIO and loves wrasses... he plans on getting two flasher wrasses to join his Possum wrasse.... do you guys think this Is ok? I thought it was fine so long as he got little wrasses and added them at the same time.

Alone - wrasses are pretty active fish and can be aggressive.

Oh dang. I’ve got some clownfish and a neon goby other than then Possum wrasse.... will only two little flashers be too much?
