How much do your children like or love your tanks?!?!?

This is my 6 year old so (blonde one) showing the tank to all his friends. He is explaining in detail how everything works and all about the different fish. Like how (his dart fish/goby) lives under the rock and comes out to eat and why is called dart fish. He is quite knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the family new prize display. Even his ADHA buddies stopped and listened carefully to his fluid lecture about the Tangs and their sharpe spurs on their tails. Now he wants his own and we plan to get him a bio cube for his 7th in September.

This is my 10 mo old little girl Summer. She had just ate dinner and I pushed her from my chair to my tank to clean up this is what she did!!!! Anyone else have kids or family / friends kids that live their tanks too?
I tried uploading at video of it but will not let me. She was yelling and waving at them and they where checking her out and playing with her too

It's better than T.V. and highly educational! Never looking back!

My kids are at the age where I can teach them about "patient observance." "Kids, big Dorey will only come out to eat if we step back and stay really still..."

My 5 year old goes with me at LFS most of the times. She always assist me when I'm doing something on my tank.

My 2 1/2 year old son loves the tanks. He will stand on a chair and ramble on about the fish and get excited when he's trying to touch them through the glass. If we are downstairs around bed time he tell them goodnight and that he loves them

My two year old grandson was my justification for getting back in the hobby after a long time away. He fell in love with Nemo and loves the fish tanks.

All 3 of my kids love the tanks and they love shopping at the LFS!! My 10 year old loves to help with any and everything and we let our 7 and 4 years olds help with feeding

My kids love the tanks and they have been around it their whole life. My 6 year old daughter can name more fish than most adults and wants to be a marine biologist. My 4 year old is obsessed and always has been. The 9 year old has to name the new fish. My 11 month old just wants to beat on the glass and finally my 22 year old is never around but always loved it when she was little

Your going to need a big skimmer to handle nutrient export for that one. Lol

Great post love seeing all the kids looking into the tanks , I have 4 kids and started off with my tank now I have 2 reefs and 1 planted tank just waiting for the last one to want a tank too lol
