I know for sure i am over 40x. Return pump ATB 4200gph but only half going to the display, the other half feed the Protein skimmer, Zeovit reactor and Calcium reactor.

4 Tunze 6305 at 7900gph = 31600 gph on pulse mode at 1.5 sec interval between 30% - 100%. I am looking at roughly 33000gph for tank circulation on 480g tank that = 68.75x that is not include the 2 external wavebox. I will add another 6305 toward the end of the year...

6- tunze 6200's = 31800+gph
2-waveboxe's = approx 15000 depend on the wave height and the # up/down per hour. For your case, your wavebox generate nothing cuz you took too long on the external modification
2- dart's on closed loop = After all the head loss you get approx 2000gph on each pump. But i know for sure it use 320w
1- hammerhead return-1/2 flow sent to frag tanks same thing with his little brother Dart. You are getting around 2000gph going back to the tank after the prop system

tank is 700g- how much X flow is that

So here is your answer 31800 + 4000 + 2000 = 37800 : 700 = 54x.... My Math for Marine working very well :lol:

I'm potentially at around 98x turn over in my 45 gallon display. I have two tunze 6055's on an aquasurf, an eheim 1262 on a closed loop with an ocean motions, and an eheim 1262 for a return pump which is powering some equipment in the sump as well as functioning as a return (I estimate about 500 gph going to the display).

im not sure the turn over but in my 40 breeder I have a dart for my return and 2 mj mods with 2100 impellers.
so about
3000 gph return and 4200 gph in powerheads totalling 7200 gph in a 40 breeder

I have a 225G tank with a MAG 18 return and 1 K4, 1 K2 and 1 K nano inside.

I think its right at 3225GPH total turnover.
