How much would these be worth?

Alright, as some of you know we have a great fish store here in Michigan, know as TFG (The Fish Guys)... They are getting a bunch of "brand new palys" that may be new to the aquarium trade... I am planning on going there when they open tomorrow, and I am sure a bunch of other people will be there too. I am wondering how much you all think I should be willing to pay per polyp for these? I am simply planning on probably just one polyp oif each, and let them grow... I am assuming prices will be between 20-40/polyp. What do you all think? Need to know before I spend money tomorrow!

Of course there will be other ones as well, as these are the only pictures he posted... Anyone already have these? You all like them and think it would be worth it...

I'll send you $25 for a frag of 5 polyps on the first ones...... I personally wouldn't spend more then $5-$10 per polyp on the first ones whice are the best of the pics. The rest are maybe not common but nothing that should garner a high $ per polyp.

If those are the prices we get that would be amazing! He hasn't told us the prices yet, and won't until opening tomorrow I am sure, which is what scares me! Like I said, I am assuming prices will be per polyp and will not be too cheap. I will have to see them in person to decide, but was wondering how some of you crazy CZ guys felt about these. Want to know if they would be something you would spend some money on.

Is he selling the colony or did he make frags?

From what he was telling me, he is going over to his wholesaler (who I believe is in Canada - I really have no idea though) and handpicking these colonies of zoos/palys from their show/display tank. And then they will frag them upon request at the store tomorrow. I am sure he would sell the whole colony if anyone had the money (again depending on what the cost is)

The first ones I think I would spend the money on......IF you get those ones you can off set that buy selling me a polyp or 2 or 3......The other ones maybe not so much....

I was trying to figure that out myself. I didn't ask and he didn't tell me. I believe he gets a lot of his aussie acans from reefraft, however he is not getting any acans with this order, so that leads me to believe he is not getting these from reefraft. Also, went to check reefraft's site, and as of right now their site is empty... I should have asked, but he still probably wouldn't have told me.

reefraft's site is always empty, a canada forum always shows their updates....

BTW the first ones i WOULDNT pay more than 5 per polyp......

OK.. well thank you for letting me in on that site fellas! Looks like this stuff may be coming from Reefraft, as when I was reading through reefrafts threads they were mentioning getting some sulawesi corals in, and that is exactly what TFG is getting in tomorrow. Also mentioned on the reefraft thread were a bunch of ricordeas they would be getting as well as palys, and again, this is exactly what is supposed to be arriving tomorrow morning at TFG.

Yea.. I know, but I am not a ric fan myself... Only have one, a yuma I believe its called (big and bright orange). If one of those catches my eye I may get one if the price is right... From what I just read on their thread, they will be bringing in 50 colonies of rics. Sounds crazy to me! You would spend a lot!
