******* thieves. UPS next day air shipping guarantees next-day delivery, "Ideal service for shipments that must arrive the next business day. Time-definite service-or your money back," 4 days late, can't refund due to non-eligibility of claim. UPS warehouse experiencing high volumes is an exclusion for claims. What in the heck is the guarantee for?????? Is this grounds for a legal case? lol false advertisement?
Misrepresentation of services, False advertising, Breach of contract and the list goes on. They do this as NATURE OF BUSINESS and know the scheduling for holidays, yet continue to accept packages Simply for Revenue and as long as the package EVENTUALLT arrives, they feel they've fulfilled their Obligation.
This is inexcusable, disappointing and warrants some action for state atty general and beyond

I seriously think its false advertising. Baiting under the premise that you can get your money back if they can't get it on time. They don't disclose any exclusions along side this description for Next Day Air Shipping. "Ideal service for shipments that MUST arrive the next business day" MUST!!!! live animals are a must. Doesn't make sense for them to put this out there, especially on their freaking website where you book the dang shipment. If there are exclusions, then it should at least be written in fine print somewhere way at the bottom, but... nothing. Only when I called in, the rep explained the exclusion.
