Your tank is very small. Nutrient export should be fairly easy with water changes. Most of the time, adding things to your tank is not the correct approach.

Same here my is 2months old nano tank, nitrate sitting on 20ppm all day everyday since after my nitrogen cycling.
i just do a 10-20 % water every 5 days. and just dosing seed-stability after water change.
And TOP of that my filter has Seachem Matrix Biofiltration. Im just waiting on building that good bacteria to multiply - that takes time.

Basic key: water change every week and check your water perimeter every water change.
