How to remove a gorilla crab?

I didn’t see him tonight and I’ve seen him every night since looking in the same coral. I did buy a red flashlight to look. But I’m hoping I killed him when I drenched the coral in hydrogen peroxide.

How long did u dip the coral for? I would dip the coral in there for the recommended time..
Try coral rx. That stuff works well too.
As others said, u gotta spear him or grab him with tongs at night with a red flashlight when they are most likely active and out.
In the distant past I had crabs but always found them in a hole not deep enough for me to easily crush them with a chopstick or tong.
A couple months ago when I started a new tank I found another crab and went to war with it. Unfortunately, I only have one large live rock so I had to pull the huge rock out and tried to search for the crab. When I that failed.. I did a hyposalinity dip and that just ended up killing a great deal of all the life off my rock. That lil ******* never came out and still lives... Although i admit, I haven't seen it in the last two months. But I wouldn't be surprised if I see it around one day. No body no proof it's dead for me...
So be wary about doing a hypo or hyper salinity dips. They don't work.. at least for me. It backfired.
Hopefully he crab didn't run out of ur coral after the dip and now is elsewhere ...
If that jerk is still on the coral I would dip it in perxoide every week until he comes out .. but that's if he's still in the coral .

I imagine it now... a little gorilla crab scrubbing his arms and legs in the peroxide like it's spa day, Don't forget to clean around the eyestalks!

My imagination is leaning more towards, the extreme exposure of hydrogen peroxide morphed the gorilla crab into a super mutant variant that gained psychic abilities and could manipulate creatures in the tank with his mind.
