I try not to glue this type of stuff do to the need of cleaning but what worked for me was I took a thin piece of rubber glove and wrapped it around the outside of the small adapter and then inserted it in the large one. There are no leaks so far maybe a minor drip buys it’s in the sump so it doesn’t matter to much as long as water is passing through steady.
I use ratcheting clamps. Crimp on with pliers.Sorry not got this pump so unsure .
But aren't they just 2 different size barb fittings to give you options on what size tubing you use ?
So just put one in or put other in and not both like you got ?
Or is it the bottom part it won't fit in ?
If its bottom part I don't know and sure someone who got and used one will answer you shortly .
Good luck

How will this help fit that hard plastic piece together ? Like keep them stuck together .I use ratcheting clamps. Crimp on with pliers.

I added pic of bottom part with arrow just as you answering. On BRS it shows it like how I put it together , but they don’t stay together
I solved this problem with my Varios 2 by having a reducer 3d printed to match my plumbing setup In an Innovative Marine Lagoon 50 which has two return outlets and much smaller soft tubing than the Varios is usually meant to work with. You could do something similar e if you’re not comfortable glueing that piece in. Mine looks like this. How will this help fit that hard plastic piece together ? Like keep them stuck together .
Yeah I would be fine with glueing it
Also since we’re here. Is this safe for my MP10 ?Yup! You can leave just enough space to slip your tubbing. You will not be gluing any part to the pump. That should just slip or screw in the pump. You are gluing the adapter that glues or slips into the pump to the reducer.
Okay thank you , do I need to run a flow on the live rock to keep it alive for a day or two?I would not use it like that. It is not flat and that can cause stress on the bearings. It can also cause it to not spin correctly and cause uneven wear.
I would not if its only for a couple of days. You can just use a cup to move some water around here and there. Or you can use an air pump.
Thanks my man , I’ll update tomorrowAltho 733 cures fully in 24hrs I have used it after a couple of hrs with no ill effects. You can always give it the sniff test. If it has a strong odor don't use it. For what you are using it for it will be plenty strong after 30 mins or so.
