I was wondering if anyone could confirm if this is any better than dosing HP directly in the water column?
Also does Hydrogen Peroxide produce ozone?

What are you trying to accomplish?

No, it won’t produce ozone. It may produce other oxidized products. I have a suspicion that it’s anti algae effects (if any) work by oxidizing metals like iron, making them less bioavailable to algae.

Water clarity. It’s helpful with water clarity so I have been using it as a simple solution.
I wasn’t sure what the benefit of the Oxidator is. Perhaps just slow release?

I've been using it for a couple weeks, but just hydrogen peroxide dosing no oxydators. My water is super clear. If you dose, dosing before lights on and after off will work best because lights will degrade it

I've been running an oxydator for about 6 months now with 12% peroxide. To be perfectly honest, I see absolutely no difference in my tank since running it.
I've got it, so I'm keeping it running on the off chance that it's making a some kind of a difference that I can't discern.
A tank full runs about 12 days before all of the peroxide has been used up.

I think the difference is that if you dose hydrogen peroxide directly, you're getting some direct oxidation and breakdown of organics in the tank. But with the Oxydator, the intent is to increase oxygen levels in the tank, since the hydrogen peroxide is broken down by a catalyst within the device into oxygen and water and only pure dissolved oxygen is released into the tank.

GAC in a reactor works well for me in terms of water clarity. What additional benefit to clarity would H2O2 provide?

No, pH has no dependency on oxygen. If a tank has low pH due to high CO2, then you need to decrease CO2.

oxydators are awesome and a great addition to any tank. Supplies non electric supply of oxygen, raises ORP, clarifies water! No downsides! @atoll can provide tons of experience and insight!

There has been no change to my pH since starting the oxydator. My pH typically fluctuates between 7.97 and 8.11and it hasn't changed.

I can confirm 100% oxydators do not dispel CO2 and have no affect on it.

I’ve been using the D model for about a year now with similar positive results. A small, but steady stream of both liquid H2O2 and super fine pure oxygen bubbles are fed In to the aquarium. You can see the bubbles dissolving directly into the water column. Nothing my naked eye can see makes it more than a few inches away from the unit.
